The Ethicon PROXIMATE Linear Cutter TLC10 is a 100 mm linear cutter supplied with a blue reload, designed for controlled stapling and transection in open surgical procedures.

The Ethicon PROXIMATE Linear Cutter TLC10 is a 100 mm surgical linear cutter supplied with a blue reload and intended for use in open surgical stapling applications. It forms part of the PROXIMATE linear cutter device range within the Surgical Stapling category and is supplied ready for use with a preloaded cartridge from Ethicon.

This linear cutter utilises B-Form staple technology combined with a cam closure mechanism to provide controlled tissue compression and consistent staple formation prior to transection. The device incorporates four rows of staples to support secure staple line formation during firing.

The TLC10 linear cutter is designed to support up to 8 firings and delivers 96 staples per firing. It provides a cut line length of 98 mm and a staple line length of 102 mm, enabling effective tissue approximation and transection over an extended staple line. The device has an overall size of 100 mm and is blue colour-coded to reflect the supplied reload.

Each unit is supplied sterile for single use, with a quantity of 3 devices per box, making it suitable for professional use in hospitals and operating theatres across general, abdominal and gastrointestinal surgery.
