Q-close CLINICEL Knitted Haemostat is an absorbable oxidised regenerated cellulose (ORC) topical haemostatic dressing developed to provide effective control of capillary, venous, and small arterial bleeding during surgical procedures where larger surface coverage is required.

The knitted ORC structure offers enhanced tensile integrity and handling control, allowing precise positioning and stable placement over broader or flatter surgical sites. Upon contact with blood, Q-close CLINICEL Knitted swells into a soft gelatinous mass, assisting local haemostasis while maintaining a clear surgical field.
